Resident Project Representation (RPR) by an Independent Consultant is a means by which an Owner can endeavor to obtain further protection against defects and deficiencies in the construction work through on-site monitoring and contemporaneous reporting.  RPR Services can provide the Owner with a single source, independent, and objective daily liaison with the project team and activities.

RPR Services can also be contracted as a simple, independent extension of the Owner to the jobsite.

CME staff includes experienced and savvy Project Field Representatives (PFRs).  Assignment candidates are selected based on project type, schedule/duration, site location, specific contracted scope of RPR Service, and the Owner’s needs and limitations.  CME tailors the overall RPR Program to suit each distinctive Owner and Project.
