CME Accreditations

CME is an accredited testing and inspection agency as nationally qualified by AASHTO re:source and CCRL with demonstrated objectivity and competence, adequate and periodically calibrated equipment, and employment of experienced professionals educated in conducting, supervising and evaluating tests and inspections.

The AASHTO Accreditation Program (AAP) formally recognizes the competency of testing laboratories to perform specific tests on construction materials. The AAP is the most widely accepted and largest accrediting body in the construction materials industry. Accredited laboratories have proven their commitment to quality and can set themselves apart from their competitors.

The Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) inspection program has expanded in scope to include cement, concrete, aggregate, steel reinforcing bars, pozzolan, and masonry materials (mortar and solid units). CCRL not only works as an inspection agency, it also distributes proficiency samples for inter laboratory testing and proficiency. The goal of the CCRL program is to provide a consistent and fair evaluation so that the laboratory and its clients may have confidence that testing is of high quality and that ASTM standards are being used correctly.
